My Sister has a heavily stocked Goldfish tank in her Classroom. She really doesn't need any more fish, but is also very curious about a catfish that could be added to a coolwater tank that would not get big. Any ideas on smallish catfish that do well in coolwater?

I'm working on the overstocking issue with her, and will hopefully resolve that soon, but in the mean time just wanted to get some ideas for later.

edit: Just so everyone knows the present tank is a 38G cube, and she currently has 3 small comets and an orange fan tails that is supposed to top out at 6". I'm trying to get the comets evicted currently or explore the idea of a larger tank.
