A technique I've often heard on another web site:
Wet a paper towel in aquarium water. Wring it out until you can't get any more water out. Remove the eggs from the HOB and wrap them in a dry paper towel, then wrap that in the wet one. Put this in a sealed ziplock snack baggie and float it in the tank. Open the baggie every day or two to refresh the air, make sure the outer towel is still moist, make sure the inner towel isn't sticking too badly, and eventually to see the baby snails that have hatched.
