I would if only the compressed doesn't cost as much. But I learnt in one science class that mixing baking soda with citric acid makes carbonic acid which is co2 with water? I was thinking of using that and then the yeast mixture would kick in after it started to ferment. (I am going to use it as a pressuriser.
