To me the albinos are easier than the wild types - the usual situation with many generations of tank-bred fish. Those we have here on the mid-Atlantic coast are either directly or secondarily from one man (former fish store owner) who started breeding them long ago.
The long-finned and gold variants I don't have enough experience with yet to say whether or not they are weakened by the inbreeding and back-crossing and selection of those traits. The long-fins at least seem pretty normal, but mine are not breeding yet, so it is still wait and see.
