Default Loisellei, managuense, and "Jack Dempsey"

A few shots of the tough guys after a water change, and the "jack Dempsey" is actually a Geophagus Brasiliensis that was severely mislabeled. I actually got a pair of them, but the male is the only one I have a good shot of.

Thanks for looking!

I love the pics--can you tell me which fish are in which pic? I'm ignorant. I really love the pic with the two yawning fish--fantastic shot!

That 2nd pic is not a jag it's a firemouth! I have one just like that and the shipping bag said so!

Very nice pics.

They're in order with the thread title. The first one is a Parachromis loisellei, 2nd is a Parachromis managuensis (jaguar cichlid or managuense cichlid), and the 3rd is the Geophagus brasiliensis.

And with all the trouble that I have telling juvie Jack Dempseys from juvie Green Terrors, even I didn't think that the last pic was of a JD.

as always. Just gets better and better. That shot of the managuenses going for lip locking is really amazing!!! Such a clear action shot. And as usual, I'm right there with Susan--the geophagus is beautiful. You guys have an outstanding collection of pescados!!!
