Default abnormally large normal fish

Couldn't pass these up for a second. The Ghost Knife is pushing 15", and the bucket is 5g for reference.

Thanks everyone. I had an empty 90g bow front just begging for some water and this was a perfect reason. I used pool filter sand as substrate and a DIY wet/dry for the filter. I'm excited I got to give this fish a good home. Now, if I could figure out a way to make the knife come out of hiding a bit more...... lol.

That has been my plan. I still want to get it out in the open. It's a lot bigger than I thought it was lol.

They look like blue botias, Yasuhikotakia modesta, sometimes called red tailed botia. Very cool loaches.

80 is a tad high... 75-78 usually... Depends on the knife really... Some take longer then others..

I added Pimafix to help a messed up loach fin, and the Knife came out! I hope it's not irritating him, but it was a good photo op.

make sure your medication is ment for scaleless fish... otherwise it will kill it. your knife appears to be female if you care to know that
