Most of the rock in the 20 was removed, the algae has been cleaned off, and settled--I'll be doing a massive water change and substrate cleaning this afternoon, and then pulling out some dry rock from storage and put it in to soak. Basically a full re-set.

And, put in an apple core for the brigs--and of course, they haven't touched it, but the blippety ramshorns think it's candy. Shipment going out Monday to those who sent me a PM with their address.

I am torn--the angels are STILL raising the wigglers--they are getting big--they've been moved to a overhanging val--and are getting big--can see eyes and everything. The angels are getting MEAN!! I have nothing ready to raise them, and even if I did aquire something to feed the wigglers--I will leave in a couple of weeks, and can't feed them as much as they need. These guys are AWESOME parents, but perhaps TOO good of parents. The angst!

I've salted the 15.............going to let it set for a bit and then add some of the LR that Forestal gave me.

My plan is to put the two gobies in the 15, get another emerald crab for that tank and perhaps 2 cleaner shrimp. I'm not sure I'll be putting any of the coral in there because I really don't have another light that would be sufficient...yet. Right now all I have is a fixture with one 10watt compact flourescent bulb, and it isn't even a 50/50.

I am contemplating shifting my tanks around, should be interesting to see how it ends up. It will be after my big trip, but gives me something to plan for!

Go for it, Sar. After all, this might be the only batch of angel babies you raise, or even have the chance to!!! It's so rewarding. . . . . Have a great trip!!!!

When I get back from Russia, I will move a BUNCH of my tanks--I'm excited, but nervous. How to arrange them, make sure everything transfers safely, decide what to do with the 50g tank--set it up or not.

A 50g is a great size tank! I have one waiting to be set up--trying to decide what will go in there, what I shall do with the tank.

Well, the great snail cull was effective--and the brigs seem to be getting mroe to eat, so that's a good thing. I'm down to only a handlful of adults--golds, blues, and some of the brighter leopards. And hundreds of tiny ones that are floating--no clue why? Too small for species ID, as well.

And...I have one snail that is neither MTS nor Ram nor Brig...So I'm off to ID it! Pretty--speckled like a leopard, but with a curl similar to an olive or nerite.
