I would go with the 9.5mm sinking pellet.
The Soft and Moist 5mm Krill pellet was always good by me as well, but they might be on the small side for your cat. I've always fed whole fish (usually stuffed with krill pellets or other supplements) to anything in that size range that I've kept.
