Need more livebearers...
|
Well Yesterday I picked up a couple of pairs of Ameca Splendens aka the Butterfly Goodeid. Very pretty little goodieds. I am hoping these guys will breed for me in my 55 plant tank.
![]() I also picked up some new stock of Endlers , male and females, today as well. What is sad, is that my colony had started to fade and I got some new genes to add to the pool. What I find is sad is that these new guys do not have the color of my original stock; but then again, they can be young males and havent developed the color yet. One of the bonuses of the A. splendens is that they are a fish that do not eat their fry. So I am looking forward to breeding these guys.

That's awesome tricksterpup! Where did you find those ameca splendens? I have read about them and find them to be one of the the prettiest livebearers.

P.S. are these 100% true endlers or guppy hybrids? - Jighead |
