Is this the fish you are referring to ?

Few puffers in FW are "pretty" fish (a number in SW are), most are "interesting" fish, and most are quite intelligent - for fish (comparable to the brighest Cichlids or better) and many have very strong personalities (understatement). The are generally solitary, demanding on food and water quality, but great wet pets.
T. baileyi is one of the relatively new-to-the-hobby oddballs, so very much a collector item.
